Australian native Brian Smith first moved to Southern California in the '70s to dream of designing products that incorporate his passion, sheepskin. The first design he crafted, the Classic Boot, was the first footwear item introduced in the UGG brand and immediately became a footwear sensation, spreading from San Diego to Santa Cruz surf shops.
